Perspective and Pokemon is all about two things: Improving our perspective on life and enjoying Pokemon (and other "nerdy" things). On the perspective side, we get into mindset, learn from other people's experiences and stories, empathy, business, etc. On the Pokemon side, we get into collecting, investing, selling, and just appreciating the hobby.
