Our team is seeking a Junior Account Executive to help prospective clients discover the transformative power of PodcastAI for their podcasting journey. This role blends client engagement, creative problem-solving, and strategic relationship-building to showcase the value of cutting-edge podcasting technology.

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how PodcastAI can revolutionize their podcasting experience. You’ll collaborate with our team to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

This position is based in Austin, TX. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment and provide opportunities for both personal and professional development in a fast-paced, innovative company.

  • Proactively research and identify prospective clients through multiple channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach, to generate leads.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and position PodcastAI as their go-to podcasting solution to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and move opportunities through the pipeline, supporting sales cycles.
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations that align with client objectives, showcasing the unique benefits of our platform, to create value.
  • Stay informed about podcasting trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform strategy and enhance your pitch by gaining market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish, to optimize processes.

Nous recherchons une personne possédant une expérience incluant :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within SaaS, media, or technology industries.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and build meaningful relationships.
  • A self-starter mindset with a knack for finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Passion for podcasting, media, or technology is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
