Can I start without a credit card?

Yes. Choose Free to start with one show, one member and 5 GB of storage. You receive a small AI allowance each month. You only need a payment method when you choose a paid plan or buy extra usage.

How does AI usage work?

Your plan includes a monthly AI allowance for processing recordings, creating Shorts and other AI tools. Each task uses part of that allowance, depending on the tool and recording length. In your workspace, you’ll see the percentage you have left. That percentage is based on your own plan: 100% means your full monthly allowance is available.

What happens if I use all my AI allowance?

You can add funds for more AI usage, upgrade to a plan with a larger allowance, or wait for your monthly reset. Adding funds does not change your plan or unlock features reserved for higher plans.

Is the free gift a one-time offer?

No. The AI gift shown on each card renews every month. On paid plans, it is extra AI usage in addition to the plan’s included allowance. On Free, it is your monthly AI allowance.

What is the difference between Starter, Scale and Power?

Plus Power includes more AI usage and storage than Plus Starter. Business (Power) includes more AI usage than Business (Scale) and unlocks MagicPod. Switch between the options on each card to compare their price and allowances.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed upfront for the year at the price of ten monthly payments. The monthly figure shown is the yearly price divided by twelve, rounded; the full amount is shown on the card. Your AI allowance and monthly gift still renew each month.

Do I pay extra for team members?

Free includes one member. Every paid plan includes unlimited members, so you do not pay per seat. Your team shares the workspace’s plan allowances.

Is MagicPod a separate subscription?

No. MagicPod is included with Business (Power). You can set it up for shows in that workspace, and generation uses the workspace’s AI allowance. It does not provide unlimited generation.

Can I add more shows, storage or downloads?

Yes. On a paid plan, you can buy additional shows, storage and download allowances without moving to a higher plan. The available add-ons and prices are listed above.

What happens if I cancel my paid plan?

Your paid plan stays active until the end of its billing period, then the workspace moves to Free. Cancelling does not immediately delete your existing work. Free’s limits and feature access apply, so you may need to reduce usage or choose a paid plan before adding more.
