The Way of No Movement is to learn the Art of Being Present! Being present in body! Being present in Mind! Being present in Heart! To experience the way of no movement, you need to be physically at ease, mentally aware and emotionally available to the present moment. All three of your levels of being, as described in The Perennial Truth - Awakening of the Soul, must be aligned for you to connect to the present moment.

This goes against everything we have been taught at school or conditioned to believe. We have been taught that thinking defines who we actually are! And now, I am asking you to stop thinking when you don’t need to think! Sounds impossible, right? Actually, with a little bit of practice, you can master your mind and the art of just being.

Maha Khala was first documented and shared in The Perennial Truth published in 2018. Spiritual Science adept TLB Kruger, was initiated to be the scribe of this ancient wisdom and through his own meditation practices the ascended masters revealed the Six Stage Maha Khala Meditation. Now after 5+ years of our own practices with the technique, we now share it's beauty with the world.
