Nepathya Foundation (formerly known as Behind the Scenes) is a NGO under the Companies Act 2013 that was started with the aim of empowering blue-collar employees and daily wage workers. We aim to bring those blue-collar employees to the forefront who have been working in the shadows, without due recognition. We aim to restore the Dignity of Labour for all those workers who have been discriminated against merely owing to their occupation. https://www.btsngo.co.in/
