I'm Jay Jackson, and I grew up in a family plagued by health issues because we didn't understand the importance of nutrition, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Which led me to not only stepping on stage and earning trophies as a mens physique body builder, but also earning my Exercise Science and Nutrition Degree. So that I can make people aware and properly educate them on the do's and don't to not just looking good but also feeling and living good.
