I am eagerly looking forward to making these private discussions about pee, poop, and sex not so private anymore, and raising more awareness about the group of pelvic floor muscles that play a major role in our daily life.

One in four people (in every family, behind closed doors) suffer in silence because it's considered '3ayb'. I believe it's time to change this narrative and learn how to prevent and overcome pelvic floor issues.
