Hi, I’m Hannah! Two years ago, I made the life-changing decision to have bariatric surgery (VSG). I swapped fast food for protein shakes, lost 147 pounds, and gained a new perspective (plus my fair share of loose skin—thanks for that). My co-host, Steph, is fresh out of surgery, already 50 pounds down, and still figuring out how to sip water without feeling like she just ran a marathon. 🏋️‍♀️💦
